When prompted for a Huawei account, I created a new one using a new PetalMail email account that was registered in the UK, using a temporary UK SMS number to receive the verification code, and proceeded to install the Health app and connect the watch. After all that, I still do not see AppGallery and watch faces in the Health app.
Install custom faces without Chinese ID. Hey all, I have a Huawei Watch GT2e, but I have been using a UK Huawei ID, and want to install custom faces. I can get a Chinese ID, but apparently I would need to uninstall everything to get it working, and I don't want to lose all of my health data. Got any tips?
Is there watchface like huawei power face but with customizable 4 widgets instead of fixed weather, calories, heartbeat rate and steps count? Also if would be great if battery level on the top is removed (it would be even greater if this is configurable but I think this is not possible)
If you already have the app installed either it would show an update available and if not uninstall and reinstall the health app from this Huawei app gallery. Once all the above steps is done the Huawei watch face options should show up both inside watch settings as fell as under featured besides music in the devices tab of the app.

In the console window, I can't find a menu item from which I could upload my own watch face to the Healt Watch Face Gallery. Here I found only the “Content Services / HUAWEI Theme” tab on the topic, which would be related to the topics, but only the .hwt theme files created for the phone can be uploaded here.
